About the THP

Hello, my name is Al and I'm obsessed with Tim Hortons litter. I started taking pictures Tim Hortons litter sometime in 2007 (more "seriously" in 2008), started a blog in 2009 and moved the THP to its current home in 2010.

At first I started taking pictures of discarded cups when Tim Hortons' bullshit "Every Cup Tells a Story" ad campaign was in full swing.

Then it turned into the realization that litterbugs love the Horton. Which, if you're the Tim Hortons team of lawyers and you're reading this, you should interpret the THP as a HUGE compliment. I mean, look at how much coffee your selling! You're SO popular! That's awesome! It's not YOUR fault your clientele is comprised of litterbugs! Seriously, don't sue me.

ANYway, does every cup tells a story? Hells yeah! Whether you're in a park, on the street, in a grocery store, a nature preserve or points between, you can't go five feet without seeing a discarded cup. Now you get to look at pictures of it! Yay!

All pictures were taken in Saint John, New Brunswick Canada (unless otherwise specified). The THP updates thrice weekly (give or take).
